All Transfer Team : Coker Team Camp
Prep Hoops takes a look at some of the latest transfers throughout the Palmetto State that played this weekend in the Coker College Team Camp.
Asanti Price (2019) – Keenan HS (pictured on front)
Price was outstanding this weekend for the Raiders. Price is a welcome addition since coming over from Eau Claire HS. Price has a slender-sleek frame and great length. Price has a great skill set and can really knockdown shots on the perimeter. Price connected on several thee pointers and even showed that he can handle the rock in the transition game. Price played AAU with Team Vision this past spring but did mention to Prep Hoops he will be with the Carolina Wolves also this summer.
Emmanuel Johnson (2020) – Fort Dorchester HS
Johnson is at his 3rd school in 3 years now. Johnson looks to be leaning towards a career on the football side of things. Johnson a rugged undersized post player has great shoulders and blood lines. Johnson is the son of former University of Georgia and USA Olympian Katrina McClain Johnson. Johnson played last season at Northwood Academy while he started his high school career at Military Magnet.
KJ Rose (2020) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington)
Rose played 9 days ago with Lake City HS and this weekend he was with the Titans. Rose a very slender left-handed guard should be a nice addition to the Titans with the departure of several seniors from last seasons (25-6) squad.
Nick Jones (2020) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington)
Jones is playing hoops for the Titans but I think he is over more for the football side of things. Jones will provide some minutes this season off the bench for the Titans.
Collin Rodriquez (2021) – North Augusta HS
Rodriquez went back in forth last season between Ohio and North Augusta. Rodriquez 6’2 is a very deceptive athlete that can really attack the basket. This was the first time seeing him play this weekend.
