2021 Rankings: Stock Risers
The class of 2021 Rankings were updated this past week and we are now going to continue on with our usual updates that come along with that including our stock risers. Today, we look at those who improved their stock the most in the current 2021 Rankings.
J.R. Konieczny – 6’5 / SF / 2021 / South Bend St. Joseph (IN)
JR moved up a handful of spots in this set of rankings and that was in large part because of how much more fluid and consistent he has looked this Spring. He showcased himself well at the Crossroads Elite Camp and just looks more comfortable than he did in high school ball, showing off that perimeter jumper a lot more.
Michael Eley – 6’3 / SF / 2021 / Fort Wayne Snider (IN)
Eley made the biggest jump of anyone in this set of rankings. He’s been nothing short of awesome the first couple months of the AAU season as a guy that can play on the wing with a jumper that has rapidly become one of, if not, his best tool. More skill has moved up his timeline quite a bit.
Caleb Furst – 6’8 / PF / 2021 / Blackhawk Christian (IN)
Furst takes over the top spot in the rankings and that is because of the frame and skill but also how good and consistent he has been with it. He’s been stellar in each game we have been able to see and it has really drawn a lot of attention from not only scouts but colleges as he has already landed a pair of offers from Purdue and Butler.
Blake Sisley – 6’7 / PF / 2021 / Heritage Hills (IN)
Sisley made the move up into the Top 7 with his increasing level of play. He’s been really good as a slasher to the rim where he athleticism and length are really taking his game to another level. He’s begun to dominate more often and was another big standout at the Crossroads Elite Camp.
Jalen Blackmon – 6’0 / PG / 2021 / Marion (IN)
Blackmon has taken some big steps in his game even this early on with his play and ability to real in the offense more. He’s playing more under control than in high school and has kept his production up. Along with that, he looks taller and a little more filled out helping his overall upside.
