Breakdown: The class of 2021 is among the best we as a network have covered since we established Prep Hoops Indiana about 5 years ago. So, we are not surprised in the least that we are going to continue adding in players in the class that will not only jump into the middle of the rankings but some also at the top. There are a handful of guys we didn’t put in this update that will be in the next that might be better than anyone listed here, just have to follow up one more time.
Those that stand out are Luke Goode, Trey Kaufman, and Naylon Thompson. Luke looks like the real deal with his size and skill as a perimeter ball handler and scoring threat from deep. Kaufman is likely going to move up again in the next rankings with upside that is very, very high. Naylon proved my initial reactions wrong as he was a stud during May when we were able to watch.
Some other names that you should pay attention to throughout the next few years, look for Aidan Booher, Lincoln Hale, and Jake Heidbreder. Aidan is one of the best shooters in this class and is probably better than most will know for a while. Lincoln is one of the best players in the southern part of the state and will be a big producer for Linton-Stockton. Heidbreder will be the next talented player to come out of Floyd Central.
