Missouri Players in Nike EYBL
The Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) resumes this weekend with Session III in Atlanta, GA. Brad Beal Elite and MoKan Elite will get things started on Friday night with their annual divisional showdown at 5:30 p.m. (CT). Brad Beal Elite is currently 6-2 and in first place in Division A while MoKan Elite is 5-3 and tied for second place in Division A.
Here is a look at the what the players from Missouri have done in EYBL play through the first two sessions.
Brad Beal Elite
Mario McKinney 6’2″ (Vashon): Mario is currently averaging 9.0 points and 3.2 rebounds while shooting 35 percent from 3-point range. He has several Division I offers to his credit, including one from Florida, which he picked up during the first session.
Yuri Collins 5’11” (St. Mary’s): The pass-first point guard is averaging 3.8 points and shooting 79 percent from the free throw line. Collins’ most impressive numbers are his assists to turnover ratio, which is more than 3-t0-1. He has 55 assists and only 17 turnovers. In Session II, Collins registered 37 assists and only four turnovers.
Keyyaun Batchman 6’2″ (Chaminade): The lefty is averaging 4.6 points while shooting 41 percent from 3-point range, 80 percent from the free throw line and 1.6 steals.
Josh Wallace 6’5″ (CBC): The blue-collar power forward is averaging 4.1 points and 2.9 rebounds a game.
MoKan Elite
Isiaih Mosley 6’6″ (Rock Bridge): The talented wing player is averaging 12.8 points and 3.9 rebounds a game while shooting 45 percent from the field and 35 percent from 3-point range.
Deandre Sorrells 5’11” (Grandview): The sharpshooter is averaging 7.5 points while shooting 43 percent from 3-point range.
Dajuan Harris 6’2″ (Rock Bridge): The talented point guard is averaging 6.6 points while shooting 66 percent from the field with an impressive 46 assists against 15 turnovers (3-to-1 ratio) and 1.6 steals.
Javaunte Hawkins 5’10” (Lee’s Summit North): The talented point guard is averaging 3.4 points while shooting 35 percent from 3-point range.
Roman Wilson 6’10” (Park Hill): The big rim protector is averaging 3.0 points in limited duty through two sessions.
Bluff City Legends (TN)
Jamorie Womack 6’0″ (Webster Groves): The senior shooting guard is averaging 2.1 points and 1.7 rebounds in limited action.
