Welcome them home!  The champions are back in town, masquerading as ordinary humans.

These young men and their slightly older (you are welcome) coaches are no longer ordinary humans.  For this weekend they did what many tried to do, but few could accomplish.

They became champions.

That quiet weekend smooshed between Mother’s Day and Memorial Day rarely makes much news.  Tennessee AAU programs both left the state and stayed nearby within the borders.  Many of the Tennessee AAU teams returned champions.

These are their stories.

Battling for a title, the Tennessee Court Kings 15u stifled two strong players.

“We held Reed Kemp and Matt Thurman, both of Franklin to three points and ten points (respectively),” shared TN Court Kings Head Coach Parrish.  “Josh Cole and Darrow Parrish had big weekends.”
