Top Shooters from 2018 Matt Reynolds Oklahoma Showcase
The 2018 Matt Reynolds Oklahoma Showcase brought out a large number of shooters but there who a few that stood out above the rest.
Chris Johnson 2018 Southeast
Johnson is one of the surprising players at the camp. He was consistently productive in other areas but when he got opportunities from deep he made them count.
Johnson would be a good pick up for a school late.
Joshua Goodell 2018 Kellyville
Goddell’s shot was a little flat early Saturday morning but after a few attempts he got hot.
At 6’4, Goodell would trail the break and camp out at the top of the key or on the wing and knock down shot after shot. The senior forward is also more athletic than he looks.
Bryce McConnell 2018 Holland Hall
McConnell was one of the breakout star’s of the event. He played as if he happen something to prove.
He might have been the most aggressive guard out there. The kid just knows how to get buckets especially from deep.
Jacob Mershon 2019 Metro Christian
Mershon is apart of a talent twin duo but he quickly set himself apart after his first jumper. The junior guard has a beautiful stroke that you can’t help but admire.
Mershon did a good job of not forcing it but also being aggressive when the ball found him open.
Dakota Waggnor 2019 Bixby
Waggnor is more of a scorer than a shooter but on Saturday he showed off his craftiness.
He hit some nice step back jumpers and he also showed the ability to hit spot up shots as well. Bixby has a nice guard on their hands who can knock it down.
