There are many areas and hotbeds of talent in the state and we want to take a little bit more of a microscope to them to see what the nuances of the state will produce in each class. This is our look at Region 4 in Southwest Indiana.

Breakdown: When looking at the Southwestern part of Indiana in 2019, there are quite a few different things to look at. Just a couple DI level guys, a ton of size and post players, some hidden gems, and the second most prospects in the state for their Region.
As for the depth at each level, here is our breakdown: Tier 1 (HM-MM): #1-2, Tier 2 (LM-DII): #3-4, Tier 3 (DII-NAIA): #5-12, Tier 4 (NAIA-DIII): #13-31
The biggest issue with this part of the state in this particular class is that there isn’t many options at in the top two tiers. Not a lot of DI talent with very few options to even have a chance to jump up there. However, looking beyond that area, there is a lot of depth at the DII/NAIA/DIII range with some high upside guys like Paxon Bartley, Matt Dove, Max Newman, and Branson Combs.
This part of the state has a ton of post options, maybe the most saturated in the state as guys like Devault, Carter, Dove, Newman, Stead, Sholty, and Beard are just a few of the options. Not only that, they give you different looks as stretch forwards and true centers. This area also has some solid guards as well. David Morgan, Mccall Ray, Gabe Gladish, and Gage Booe are some names you need to know.
As for guys that are going to be focus of our attention this spring, we are looking to see Logan Carter, Gabe Gladish, Sammy Robbins, Braeden Beard, and Bradley Nalley. Carter is the one guy who could go from not having a DI offer to a ton of them. Huge post player with a motor. Gladish is among my favorite players in this class, Robbins could be a steal for a DIII team, Beard as well, and Nalley is playing up with UA Grind 2019 so we will get to see what he is made of.
