Recruiting Report: Kejuan Clements (2019)
Simeon 2019 point guard Kejuan Clements is ready for the next step in his career. New travel team this spring with Team Rose and next year the keys to the Simeon Wolverines are his. The combo guard showed off his game this spring! He hit pull up jump shots with consistency. Clements also gets to the rack using his strength to finish in traffic. Passes it with crisp dishes particularly in the half court finding his teammates for quality shots. He is a beast defensively with his anticipation creating turnovers that his team capitalizes on at the other end. Looks the part of a mid-major point guard.
He was the main junior on a senior laden stacked Simeon squad this past year.
“It was a big experience playing with a group of D1 seniors showing me how to win.”
What areas did he see the most progression over the high school season in his game?
“Shooting and defending.”
Clements is excited to be with a new team this spring on Team Rose 17U.
“I am looking forward to running with a new group of guys on the Adidas circuit.”
Clements currently holds four offers.
“UW-Milwaukee, UIC, Western Illinois, and Chicago State.”
UW-Milwaukee is a program he recently visited.
“I liked the campus. All of the guys on the team were cool.”
