Recruiting Report: Brandon Adelman (2019)
The Wildcat resurgence led by Brandon Adelman continued this winter with Brandon leading his team to 19 wins with 20 points per game.
“Things for us this season started kind of slow,” Brandon said. “We lost to some teams we should of beat, but as the year went on we started playing well together and people found their rolls and we were better.
“We were playing our best basketball at as the year went on. We feel we shouldn’t have lost when we did, because we had high expectations. But it was a good season for me. I felt like I improved a lot from my sophomore year and matured a lot on the court.”
Adelman has grown in so many ways physically and as a player.
“One thing I think I am better at is being a leader and controlling the game more,”Edelman said. “Also, I think I’ve become much better and attacking the basket and creating shots for myself or my teammates.”
This weekend Brandon played with the Comets and was one guy that was able to compete at a high level against talent like the D1 Minnesota squad.
“I am playing with the Comets 17u and I’m very excited. I’m excited to play with all the guys. I think we have a good group of guys with talent and that know how to play, so it should be fun.”
Adelman has several schools in contact from around the upper Midwest.
“Some of the schools who have been in contact with me are North Dakota, North Dakota State, South Dakota, South Dakota State, U of Sioux Falls, Augustana, Winona State, Southwest Minnesota State, St. Cloud State, and others,” Adelman said.
