PrepHoopsIllinois Player of the Week
Who was the PrepHoopsIllinois Player of the Week after a big weekend in Milwaukee at Swish N Dish? Make sure you vote for your favorite through Wednesday night!
Marquise Kennedy (Illinois Wolves)
Kennedy was consistently productive throughout the entire event. Started at point guard for the Wolves and did a nice job of getting others involved while showing off his scoring punch and athleticism.
Francis Okoro (Brad Beal Elite)
Okoro was a man among boys for most of the weekend. The elite 2019 prospect finished with power and strength around the rim while rebounding at a high rate.
Chris Payton (Meanstreets)
Payton continues to get better each time we see him. Bouncy four man that dunks it. Has an improving skill set both on the block and from the perimeter.
Markese Jacobs (Mac Irvin Fire)
Jacobs was dominant on Sunday going for 28 points for the Fire. He is an athletic and explosive guard that was attacking downhill and also had the jumper going.
Markeise Irving (Team Rose)
This Hillcrest transfer “Bucky” was lights out from the perimeter for Team Rose 15U. He was unstoppable in the second half of their Saturday night game drilling threes all over the floor!
