KJ Johnson attracted his fifth college offer this weekend.  He talks about his evolving game and the continued success of EAB Tennessee 17u.

The 2019 guard knows his greatest skill is shooting his basketball brains keep him ideally located to get open shots.  Look for Johnson to surge forward to double-digit D1 offers in the months to come.

“I have offers from Morehead (State), UT Martin, North Alabama,” said K.J. Johnson.  “I just picked one up from Samford, Tennessee Tech.”

University of Alabama-Huntsville is also involved.  Jacksonville State Head Coach Ray Harper, UAB Assistant Coach Kevin Devitt, and a North Alabama Assistant Coach also watched his games this weekend. JSU and UAB have not reached out to him just yet, and could also be evaluating teammates of Johnson’s.  North Alabama was one of his first offers.
