Fenwick 2021 Bryce Hopkins out of Fenwick is a 6’5” small forward with a well-built frame.  He finishes very well around the hoop on drives going through contact being able to take a bump in the paint.  Crafty finisher.  Shows potential as a shooter from three.  Effective scorer that should project as one of the better wings in the class.

How was his freshman season at Fenwick?

“It went pretty good.  I played sophomore and varsity.  Mostly I played on the sophomore level.  Coach Malnati is a great coach and he showed us to work hard every day.  I am sure my spot will go up next year.”

Hopkins discussed the strengths in his game.

“Driving to the hoop and when they stop me I can also shoot a jump shot.”

What is he looking forward to this spring playing with the Illinois Wolves 15U?

“All the great memories we will build and the winning.”
