Great Lakes Potential 17u: Preview
Great Lakes Potential is looking forward to an exciting and competitive AAU/travel season. They have a talented roster that is ready to compete at 17u. GL Potential has a nice combination of skills. They have a floor leader, shooters, an athletic wing, and solid rebounders.

“High IQ point guard that can get to the rim and hit the 3. Used ball screens effectively and communicates with teammates and coaches effectively.” – Coach Joe Pelak
Matt Pelak (2019, 6-2, G, Mattawan)
“Can play the 1 or 2. Has crazy handles. High IQ, will look to run the offense. Can also get hot. Went 3-4 on threes and had 5 assists in a district semi-final game against K Central.”

Luke Pelak (2019, 6-4, Wing, Mattawan)
”Physical wing player. Has worked hard on upper body strength. Improved defense from a year ago. Can stroke the 3 and drive and finish with contact. Has finesse to his game as well. Scored 10 points off the bench for Mattawan in a win at BC Central in the Fieldhouse this year.” – Coach Joe Pelak
