The first week of the April Live Period has ended and some players went from having no offers to grabbing some low major to high-major offers over the weekend. Here is a look at some news and notes from the first week of Live Period.

After this weekend’s live period 2019 PG Cody Cline is getting interest from Campbell.

Winthrop, Stetson, NC A&T  has offered Ishan White of Team TMP.

Clemson’s Brad Brownell watched 2019 guard Caleb Mills of PSB Elite at The Phenom Challenge.

Unsigned senior Cameron Whiteside with 10 points in the second half for High Point Havoc. Long, athletic and covers a lot of space. Straight A student.

Mooresville Magic over Chattanooga Elite 72-71. 2019 guard Trey Smith with 27 points and 2019 F Landon Henley with 14 points.

6’10, 2019 big man Cooper Fowler showing some skill in the post and some new footwork. Added some quickness, looking solid for Mooresville Magic.

Was really impresssd with 6’6 F Juwan Perdue of SC Ballers at On the Radar Sweet 16 in Atlanta. Long and athletic, Perdue has offers from SC State at the Division One leve and a offer from Coker College.

2019 G Kojack Thompson puts up 15pts and 4 steals in game 2 in the Pitt Jam fest  with PSB elite McDonald

2021 Xzavier Davis of Team Fly is the spark. Tough as nails, physically gifted and cat-quick. All-Conference in football and basketball as freshman.

5’6 PG Omar Cooper has a handle. Stays cool and will just get around you. Skilled lead guard that will make you miss.

Really like AOT Basketball 2020 guard Eugene Brown. Smooth, does a good job of getting open off screens, then under control to make his scoring move.

Stephen Edoka playing with Charlotte Aces  at OntheRadarHoops Sweet 16. Strong and physical unsigned senior that attacks the rim and scores it.

The second live period of the first evaluation period begins Friday with a big stop for adidas in Atlanta.
