The class of 2019 with regards to the best shooters in the class, we have a ton of them. There are numerous players you could argue on this list of five but the reality is we have to pick just a few to detail.
Isaiah Thompson is notorious for his shooting ability, from not only three but also the free throw line. He has been fantastic and almost never misses from the line. He’s adapted well over the years with his ability to shoot off the dribble.
Isiah Moore might be the most potent scorer in the state. His ability to shoot from well beyond the three-point line gives him more room to operate. His streakiness is pretty intense and when he is on, he can drop 40+ as we have witnessed before.
Spencer Piercefield didn’t have his best high school season but his shooting is something you love to see. Where he excels is his ability to pull-up quick in transition and get off a quick shot. If he can get back to how he was last summer, you will get a show.
Spencer Reist started to get healthy and back in the groove this high school season and started to put together some big games. He’s always had that ability to shoot well off the catch and he’s been able to create a bit. A long run of health and games this summer will go a long way.
Dan McKeeman is a good long range shooter who has a little streakiness in him. He’s able to get it going well from behind the line and also has shown a little mid-range game. He will be another guy you need to check out if you need the lead guard who can put up offense.
