PHD honors the top freshmen varsity basketball players today with the Freshmen All State team.
Gavin Keller of Kindred. The 6-foot-7 post led Kindred to 15 victories consistently scoring in double figures in the post.
Jaeshaun Shaw of Four Winds/Minnewaukan. Shaw led Four Winds in scoring on several occasions and was became a more reliable scorer as the year went on.
Noah Swenson of Oak Grove. The 6-foot-3 found himself a solid role giving one of the better teams in Class B three baskets and three boards each night.
Jordan LeBeau of New Town. The 6-foot 4 LeBeau started every game for his team this year, Jordan led the team in scoring 4-5 times during the year, and led the Eagles with 20 in their first round regional victory. He was also on the all-district tourney team.
Blayne Anderson of Benson County. Anderson played a mature game for a solid team giving the Wildcats eight points, five rebounds, and four assists a contest.
Tanner Haugen of Griggs Country Central. Tanner often the go team guy for the Cougars scoring in double figures most nights.
Jonah Ringstad of Griggs County Central. GCC had a very young team this year and one of the key pieces was Jonah who was top two on the team in numerous areas.
Julian Hill of Warrick. Hill scored 11 points a game with six rebounds a night on a 5 win team.
Alex Huber of Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier. Huber worked his way into the rotation of a 19 win team and gave consistent contributions.
Colton Konschak of Hatton/Northwood. Colton gave the Thunder some solid scoring nights as he gained experience for a 15 win team.
Tristin Davis of Turtle Mountain. Scored a couple baskets a game and was third on the team in assists. Played 16 games.
Lucas Undlin of MLS. Undlin came off the bench and provided scoring for his 13 win team at times scoring double digits off the bench
Jacob Hilgemann of Jamestown. One of the few freshman to earn his way to time in Class A, Jacob played in 17 games and was a solid role player once in the rotation.
