Greencastle
Colin York | 2018 | 5’11 SG
York was really good in this one. He shot the ball really well and hustled everywhere. He shoots a little runner in the lane and just wasn’t missing it. His jumper looked really good as well in this one. York is a thin but very skilled guard who is going to fit well at a small school. – 34 points (11-18 FG), 3 assists
Gavin Bollman | 2019 | 6’5 PF
I had high hopes for Bollman playing well in this one and he played pretty good. He wasn’t as aggressive as I would have liked to see but he was rebounding the ball really well. He struggled taking care of the ball with six turnovers, but he still was really solid. Very solid rebounder who has a nose for the ball. – 8 points, 11 rebounds
Brody Whitaker | 2021 | 5’10 PG
Whitaker is a solid freshman lead guard who can provide a little bit of scoring if he needs to. He finished well at the rim in this game and was solid with the ball. He has good vision for a freshman and can hit the open man in tight windows. Still a little small but with time he will develop. – 11 points, 4 assists
Edgewood
Chayton Howard | 2018 | 6’6 SF
Howard has come a long way since I first saw him last year. He’s really aggressive with the ball now and uses his length to finish at the rim. He’s also much more aggressive rebounding the ball and has developed a really good outside shot. He could be a really solid player for a DIII program or even a steal at a lower NAIA. – 18 points, 7 rebounds
Caleb Norris | 2018 | 6’3 PF
Norris is such a tough kid it’s tough for anyone to matchup with him when he is down low. He Is still developing but you can see the potential is there. He’s an undersized power forward but plays much bigger than he is due to his strength. Can run in transition pretty well but tonight he made some mistakes and was in foul trouble. – 6 points, 3 rebounds
Joe Kido | 2019 | 5’7 PG
Kido is a prototypical point guard. He likes to push the ball but won’t do much scoring since he’s so small. Doesn’t shoot it much but showed a decent looking jumper in this one. He has excellent court vision and will always find the open man. Could be a solid distributor in college as he just won’t turn the ball over. – 6 points, 2 assists
Parker Harrington | 2020 | 6’3 SF
Harrrington is developing his gam as this year goes on. He was solid going ¾ from long range. He is a smaller forward but has a really nice-looking shot. Only a sophomore, he could be the type of guy that makes huge strides this summer and if he develops a dribble drive component to his game, could be really dangerous. – 9 points, 5 rebounds
Trevor Taylor | 2021 | 6’2 SG
Taylor is a really solid freshman coming out of the southern part of the state where there is a ton of talent. Taylor is a guy who can get buckets if he needs to and like most freshmen, he was a little streaky in this one. He struggled with his jumper but you can see all the tools are them to be a D1 player. He’s not there yet but could be in a year or two. A D2 kid right now. – 14 points, 4 assists
