Trey Smith scored 30 points and went over over 2,000 career points in the process. Smith a left-handed junior guard helped the Cardinals 21-4 advance to play Keenan on Saturday. Foster Bridges added 23 points in the win.

Latrell Taylor led the Raiders with 26 points, Qua Sanders 17 points, Dillon Jones 15 points and Ervin Stone 13 points in the win.

The Stallions put it to the Shamrocks and walked away with a easy opening round win. The Stallions 21-3 were led in scoring by senior guard Daequan Thomas with 18 points, Demarcus Smith 15 points, Treson Pringle 13 points, DaVeon Thomas 12 points and Amadric Mixon chipped in with 10 points.

Jordan Brantley scored 19 points in the losing effort for the Auctioneers. Leron Davis added 13 points, Xavier Legette 12 points and Sammy Pressley chipped in with 11 points.
