We’ve arrived at the part where 2018 prospects who are destined for the D-II, NAIA, and D-III level especially will start finding their college fit. By our count, there’s somewhere between six and fifteen unsigned D-I prospects statewide, and about 20 to 25 D-IIs. So, we’re shifting our focus more towards NAIA, D-III and JUCO prospects.
For the large number of small college prospects who remain unsigned going into postseason play, their new home won’t be far from where they grew up. So, we’ll divide our week-long series of Best Available lists by city.
This list is crafted for schools like Defiance, Bluffton, Ohio Northern, UNOH, Owens, Lourdes, and a few others to find sleepers and available players at each position in Northwest Ohio. Players are listed with the best available at the top.
