Teams are reaching the home stretch of the regular season and luckily we don’t have any more snow in the forecast for this week after most of the state was out of school for at least 3 days last week. There are a ton of games to be played this week as many of the contests that were snowed out will be made up this week.
Monday, January 22
John Hardin (with 2018s Mickey Pearson and Malik Wright) travel to Adair County to tangle with Zion Harmon.
Someone will take their first in state loss as Scott County makes the short trip to Lexington to do battle with Bryan Station in a big district game.
Tuesday, January 23
LaRue County looks to recover from a bad loss to Scott County as they travel to take on red hot Glasgow.
Boyle County hosts Mercer County in a big showdown in the 12th region.
Wednesday, January 24
12th region contender West Jessamine travels to Richmond to try to upset Madison Central.
Thursday, January 25
Fern Creek makes the quick trip to Waggener to square off against JJ Kalakon and the Wildcats.
The All A Classic tips off in Richmond featuring Kyle Rode and Lexington Christian taking on KyKy Tandy and University Heights Academy.
Friday, January 26
The quarterfinals of the All A Classic will continue in Richmond.
Bowling Green travels across town to try to avenge a 10 point loss to Warren Central from earlier in the season.
Harlan County makes the trip to Corbin in a possible 13th regional title game preview.
Two of the top players in 2019 clash as David Johnson leads Trinity to take on Isaiah Cozart and Madison Central.
