Here is a look at the top freshman in WNC so far this season.

Gabe Ellis, a 5-foot-9 guard from Andrews High School is averaging 10.9 points and 3.3 assists per game this season.

Abram Abling, a 2021 guard for Murphy High School is averaging 8.4 points and 3 assists per game this season.

6’1 guard Brock Williams is averaging a state best 29 points per game (freshman) for Burlington Christian Academy. He is also dishing out 2 assists per game so far.

6’2 guard Terquavion Smith is averaging 22 points per game for Farmville Central High School. He put up a season high 30 points against Ayden-Grifton High School.

Quentin Richardson is averaging 22 points and 7 rebounds per game for Weldon High School.

6’1 guard Terance Harcum is averaging 21 points, 4.3 assists, and 3.9 rebounds per game this season for Granville Central High School.

6’0 guard KJ Garett is averaging 17 points and nearly 6 assists per game for Caldwell Academy so far this season. He and senior guard Greyson Collins have been putting up great numbers for Caldwell.

6’2 guard Po King is averaging nearly 16 points per game this season for Roanoke Rapids High School.

6’0 guard Camian Shell is averaging 16 points and 5 assists so far this season for Winston-Salem Parkland High School.

6’6 forward Leontae Moye is averaging 16 points and 8 rebounds so far this season for Ayden-Grifton High School. He is tracking to be one of the top recruits in the state for the 2021 class.

5’9 guard Carter Wilson is averaging 14 points per game for Community Baptist School.

5’11 guard Breon Pass is averaging 15.6 points, 3.6 assists, 5.5 rebounds and 3.1 steals per game for Reidsville High School.

6’0 guard Bobby Pettiford is averaging 14 points and 4.7 assists per game for South Granville High School so far this season.

Guard Justin Taylor is one of the top freshman in the Charlotte area. The Mallard Creek freshman is averaging nearly 12 points per game in one of the toughest conferences in the state.
