It’s official… Class AA is WIDE OPEN this year. Most of the season we have seen Harrisburg and SF Lincoln emerged as the top two teams in Class AA. Well what is they both lost two times each in one week? Well that happened this past week and really allowed for a shake-up in the rankings. Rapid City Central claims the #1 spot for the first time this year. They have been solid all year and continue to win. SF Washington continues to climb as they knocked off SF Lincoln. Watertown enters back into the rankings at #10 after their upset of SF Lincoln.

Sioux Falls Christian has continually proven that they are force to be reckoned with, They had a very decisive and dominant win over #4 Dakota Valley last week as well as a win over Class B #1 Clark/Willow Lake. Their #1 spot looks to be very well earned. Other teams in our top ten have continued to play well and win the games hey are supposed to. New this week is Vermillion who is surging behind the area play of senior AJ Plitzuweit.
