Dexter is a small town next door to Ann Arbor.  The town may be on the smaller side, but the basketball talent is large.  Brady Rosen is a key to the current basketball success at Dexter High School.  He is a 6-5 senior small forward with a strong skill set.

12ppg, 7rpg, 40% from 3 point range

Brady Rosen is a leader both on and off the court for the Dreadnaughts.  He can shoot from anywhere on the floor and is able to do so spotting up or off the dribble.  Rosen also uses his size effectively.  He can defend both on the perimeter and in the post.  Rosen is a solid rebounder and has the ability to track the ball from the release and find it coming off the rim.  Perhaps his biggest strength is the fact that he’s a competitor.  Rosen doesn’t have an off switch no matter what the score is.

Brady Rosen is looking forward to big time matchups with Ypsilanti and Skyline who have proven to be elite level teams in Michigan.  He embraces the challenge of facing the best and seeing how he and his team match up.  Over the summer Rosen played for the Detroit Spartans on the Powerade circuit.  The level of competition was high and allowed for him to optimize his improvement.

Brady Rosen has set goals  both on and off the court.  He doesn’t just want to play basketball at the next level.  Rosen wants to get there, earn his spot, and thrive as a player and as a person.  Off the court, he is focused on getting a degree that sets him up for life after basketball.

The recruiting process has begun and is active for Brady Rosen.  He has had a lot of contact with Defiance College.  Rosen has also been in contact with Grand Valley State University.  In the summer, he went on a visit to Northern Michigan.  Rosen has also talked to some bigger schools about potentially walking on.

Brady Rosen has a lot to offer a college basketball program.   His shooting and rebounding are skills that should transfer to the next level.  In addition, he will carry his competitive nature and his endless hustle to the college level.  Rosen will provide a program with a player who leads by example and gets the most out of his teammates.

Rosen is a young man who is motivated for success.  This motivation comes from his parents who were both Division 1 athletes and now coach volleyball at the University of Michigan.  Look for Rosen’s recruitment to continue through this season and for multiple offers to come his way.
