He’s a physical guard that likes contact . At his size he’s one of the best rebounders in his division. Prep Hoops Nevada ranked him as the #22 player in his class. His strength and ability to finish at the basket makes him a problem in conference. He is averaging 13.7 ppg 4.2 rpg 1.8 apg
Over the Christmas break in the Tark classic. Daniel demonstrated that he could carry his team and be a leader. Democracy Prep finished with a 3-1 record in the tournament. At this present moment Democracy Prep is the #1 rated team in Division II in Nevada.
I had an opportunity to catch up with Daniel. What is your goals for this season? ” As a team the ultimate goal is to repeat as state champions. I have some personal goals also, its to improve my mid-range game, and work on my foot work in the offseason. And to become a better Defender”
How’s your recruiting process going? I have been offered by Gray Harbor out of Oregon. That is my first offer and I’m very excited! That is the only offer that I have received up to this point.
There are a few things that this young man needs to work on during the off-season. Speed and Agility, three-point shot, and moving his feet on defense. Overall he is definitely a player to watch in the class of 2019 in Las Vegas.
