PLAYERS TO WATCH
G Elijah Nnanabu (6’2, Sr.) – One of Washington’s top senior guards with great scoring ability. A solid solid two-way player.
F Abdullahi Mohamed (6’8, Jr.) – Ranked at #7 in Washington’s 2019 class. A big threat on the boards and ability to run the court. Great shot-blocker.
F Anthony Giomi (6’4, Sr.) – Emerging as one of West Seattle’s top scorers. Can knock down shots from just about anywhere, and a strong finisher at the rim.
G Marcus Collins (5’11, So.) – A top point guard in Washington’s 2020 class. Crafty passer, solid shot, and plays with toughness.
After a tough loss to Franklin earlier this week, the 7-4 West Seattle team is looking to rebound with a victory Friday night. Their division record of 3-3 places them 5th in a jam-packed metro league, but a win against Garfield could cause some major shakeup.

G PJ Fuller (6’4, Jr.) – The #1 ranked prospect in Washington for 2019, and one of the best open court player’s in the country. Fuller was named MVP at the Holiday Invitational tournament and to the all-tournament team.
F J’Raan Brooks (6’8, Sr.) – St. John’s University commit and #2 ranked prospect in Washington. Named to the Holiday Invitational all-tournament team.
G Pierre Crockrell (6’0, Jr.) – Division 1 recruit and big time playmaker, ranked #2 in Washington’s 2019 class . Named to the all-tournament team at the Holiday Invitational tournament.
G MarJon Beauchamp (6’5, So.) – The top ranked sophomore in Washington state and Division 1 recruit. The lengthy guard can score from anywhere on the floor and is strong on defense.
The Bulldogs are coming off a recent showcase performance at the Rancho Mirage Holiday Invitational in California, taking home the 1st place trophy and having three players named to the all-tournament team. Garfield is loaded with young and experienced talent, led by head coach and former Garfield alumnus, Brandon Roy.
