In the fourth game of the Manual Extravaganza, Warren Central destroyed Lighthouse CPA with their pace and shooting on their way to a 95-46 win. In a team win, Jakobie Robinson led the way with 16 points for Warren Central.
Warren Central
Antwaan Cushingberry – 5’9 PG 2018 – Warren Central
Cushingberry is a player who is a good lead guard and is still on the cusp of breaking into the discussion of why he hasn’t received more D1 offers. He’s a guy who will make some shots and take some bad ones over the course of the game. He’s a player who will be really good at the D2 level as he has D1 skill but lacks height. In this one, he was solid against the press and was moving the ball around really well. A solid contributor night in and night out for Warren Central but still needs to work on his shot from the outside. – 11 points, 2 assists, 2 steals
Jesse Bingham – 6’5 SF 2019 – Warren Central
Bingham is playing really well like year as a long forward who has tons of length. He is getting better with every game this year and is starting to be able to shoot the ball from distance. Bingham is a really good rebounder and is still only getting better. A guy who still hasn’t reached his potential. – 13 points, 7 rebounds
Jakobie Robinson – 6’6 PF 2019 – Warren Central
Robinson played very good in this one as he had the most complete stat line of the day. He is a guy who can do it all. He can play with his back to the basket and he can face-up and take you off the dribble. He’s starting to become a guy who the offense can be run through and he is just as good defensively as he is on offense. – 16 points, 6 rebounds, 3 blocks, 2 assists, 2 steals
David Bell – 6’3 SF 2019 – Warren Central
Bell is a guy who is a high-level football player, and will probably end up choosing a high major program to attend but he is really good on the hardwood as well. He can easily get to the basket with his quick step and he is tough as nails. Bell is a guy who isn’t afraid to bang around in the paint with bigger players and can handle guarding any position on the floor. – 15 points, 2 steals
Lighthouse CPA
Antoine Clark – 6’2 SG 2018 – Lighthouse CPA
Clark excels at getting to the rim and in this one against Warren Central after he broke the press, he got there really well. He drew fouls and stepped to the line and made his free throws. Clark is a tough nosed two guard who really showed me that he is able to hang with the big boys. Even though he wasn’t making his shots he still provided a big impact in the game. – 15 points
Mike Whittle – 6’ SG 2019 – Lighthouse CPA
While Whittle didn’t do a lot in this one, he certainly made an impact. He scored on all three levels and did it pretty easily. He didn’t look for his shot as much as I thought he should but still ended with good numbers. A guy who has a shot to be a legit college prospect if he can contribute more often in other categories. – 12 points
