Woodland defeated region foe Garrett Tech 59-47. Mikel Shuler (2018) 5’4 led the Wolverines with 23 points. Gerald Moultrie led Garrett Tech with 19 points and Dal’mont Gourdine (2019) chipped in with 10 points.
The Summerville Green Wave got by there rival Goose Creek last night 67-57. Shaquan Davis (2018) led the charge for the Green Wave with 26 points and Johnathan Bennett (2019) added 16 points. Bennett plays quarterback for the Green Wave football team.
The Gators were led in scoring by Chris Fordham (2018) with 23 points and Erick Bennett (2018) 11 points.
Hanahan got by Timberland 51-40 after Jalen Gibbs (2018) led the way with 21 points. Hanahan moves to 10-7 on the season.
First Baptist defeated Pinewood Prep in a big SCISA battle 63-56. Michel Dukes (2019) led the way for the Hurricanes with 23 points, Devin Dean (2019) 13 points and Mark White (2018) 10 points.
The Panthers were led by Ja-saun Pryor (2019) with 16 points, Furman signee Jalen Slawson added 14 points and JT Clark added 12 points.
Berkeley held off the Stall Warriors last night in Moncks Corner 78-70. The Stags were led in scoring by senior guard Ephraim Butler and Trevur Smalls (2019) both with 25 points in the win. Ishawn White added 11 points in the victory.
Romello Grant (2019) kept up his good season with 23 points, Bryon Ward (2018) senior point guard added 13 points and Jalen Bailey (2019) chipped in with 10 points.
Fort Dorchester won a slow scoring affair over Ashley Ridge last night 37-34. The Patriots were led by Ellis Goodwin (2018) with 9 points, Trent Bryant (2018) 8 points and Antoine Parker (2020) scored 7 points.
Kyle Tierney (2018) led Ashley Ridge with 11 points.
The West Ashley Warriors pounded James Island 56-33 to improve to 14-2 on the season. Kenyatta Jenkins (2019) led the Warriors with 14 points and Randall Litmon (2018) 12 points. Devin Ramsey (2019) recently return to action for the Wildcats and scored 7 points in the win.
Starke Salmons (2018) led the Trojans with 13 points and freshman guard Bailey Wiseman added 7 points.
