TOC: Pratt drops 40
The 10:30 am game featured fireworks at the Mabee Center with Jace Pratt providing the flame. Pratt scored 40 points on 14-26 shooting from the floor. He hit 8 three-pointers making it look easy. Pratt is an interesting prospect for small colleges to scout at Point Guard.
He handles the ball good enough to play at the Point with good vision. The shooting ability of Pratt opens the floor for his teammates. He holds scholarship opportunities at the NAIA Division II level with interest from NCAA Division II programs.
Pratt put his scoring talents on full display scoring from all three levels on Friday morning. He is a prospect that small colleges will want to know in the Oklahoma 2018 Class.
Tough weekend for Ringwood
Ringwood had a very tough weekend suffering three double-digit losses. They struggled to handle the opponents Guards pressure. For Ringwood it is time to go back to the drawing table and work on getting the ball inside to their bigs Camden Patterson and Jeremiah Decker.
Patterson had an efficient tournament shooting over 60% but he did not get many shots over the three-game span. On Friday, Patterson did a better job of commanding the ball scoring 24 points. For Ringwood to have a crack at the Gold Ball in Class A they need Patterson to be aggressive like he was on Friday.
Keep an eye on Ringwood develops leading up to March.
