All-SCISA Team (Pee Dee Area)
Prep Hoops SC takes a look at the All-SCISA Team in the Pee Dee Area of the Palmetto State. The Pee Dee Area consist of Florence and Darlington County. The starting 5 from this area would consist of the following.
Lasauhn McFadden (2018) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington) (pictured on front)
McFadden is the leader of this area team and currently ranked #25 in the Prep Hoops 2018 Palmetto State Class. McFadden a shooting guard averaged 15.4 ppg and 6 assists last season for the Titans.
McFadden has a great feel for the game shot 60% (187-312) from the floor last season. McFadden played with a local AAU team in Florence International.
Terence Mack (2018) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington)
Mack arrived here this season after starting at nearby Hartsville HS the past 3 seasons. Mack a left-handed guard also excels on the gridiron for the Titans. Mack 5’11 played AAU with the Carolina Wolves this summer. Mack is ranked #60 in the 2018 Palmetto State Class.
Tyrek Epps (2018) – The King’s Academy (Florence)
Epps transferred into the King’s Academy from Lake City HS. Epps 5’10 point guard played with TMP this summer and showed good promise. Epps should have a big season for the Kings this season with not much of a supporting cast around him. Epps will be looked upon to carry this team for most of the scoring load.
EJ Porter (2018) – Florence Christian
Porter 6’3 recently played in the Prep Hoops 250 Expo in Myrtle Beach. Porter the son of Francis Marion University Women’s Basketball Coach Jeri Porter started his high school career at Grace Christian in Powder Springs, GA. Porter shows to have a nice mi-range game that can extend out farther to the perimeter.
Porter averaged 15 ppg and 5 rebounds last season.
Cameron “CJ” Miles (2018) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington)
Miles is a very slender and sleek wing player for the Titans. Miles left-handed averaged 11.2 ppg and 5.2 rebounds last season. The Titans finished the season at 22-10.
Underclassmen of the Year : Jordan Jones (2020) – Trinity-Byrnes (Darlington)
Jones transferred into Trinity-Byrnes from South Florence HS. Jones 5’8 is currently leading the Titans football team as the starting quarterback.
