Brandon Weston is a 6’4” 2021 power wing from the east coast who plays for PSA Cardinals on the circuit.  He has landed at Lake Forest Academy where he looks to make an impact as a freshman.  Big time slashing scorer that gets in the lane and makes plays scoring at the hoop.  Finishes consistently through traffic at the cup.  Also flashes deep range on a jumper.  Rebounds very well for his position.  D1 potential.

He burst onto the in-state scene at the Pangos All-Midwest Frosh/Soph Camp.

“I felt the camp was really good and competitive.  There were a lot of high level players.  I thought the camp was good.  I felt I played good and competed.  I have things I need to work on.”

When his game is really rolling what is he doing best?

“I get to the basket and finish around the rim.  I like drawing contact.  I am a great passer and see the floor.”

He talked about his upcoming season at LFA.

“A great season.  I feel like we have a good core group and a lot of seniors with leadership.  I feel like we are going to have a really good season.”

What is going on with recruiting?

“I have an offer from UMass.  I have interest from Wisconsin and Temple.”

UMass was the first school to offer him.

“I feel like it is a pretty good program and they have had some good players come out of UMass.”
