Prospect Spotlight: Trey Galbraith (2020)
South Salem’s Trey Galbraith will play a major roll for the saxons this year. Galbraith is a top player in the state and will sure prove that this upcoming season. His ability to find his teammates and absolutely stroke it while having many more great assets to help the saxons win this year. “Trey always does what it takes to win basketball games, he is the type of player that every team needs” says Saxon head coach Tyler Allen. Galbraith was on varsity last year as a freshman and started half the year for the saxons. During the aau season, Trey plays for The Hoop Salem and is there star point guard. He has shown to be a great leader and is willing to do whatever it takes to win. His aau team played in tournaments all around the west coast and won many of them. Galbraith has expanded his game for this upcoming season in almost all dimensions on the court, but Galbraith has now expanded his role of leadership and is going to embrace that this year for the saxons. Not many colleges are looking at Galbraith right now, but they sure will be here in the next couple of years. Galbraith is one of those gymrats and has a tremendous work ethic most importantly. Galbraith will be a threat to other teams in the GVC this year and will have a great year for the saxons. With a crazy work ethic and his competitive drive to win, the future is bright for Galbraith.
