2020: Names to watch
As we enter the 2017-2018 season, we prepare for some major programs to take shape and lead the state. A lot of young talent spread across the state of Washington, playing for many different teams. Here’s a closer look at some players from the 2020 class that you might want to keep an eye out for.
Ryan Moffet – Odessa
After a strong showing his freshman season, Moffet looks to continue turning heads , after averaging 29.7 points this season. He will be playing AAU for Washington Elite this spring and summer.
Marjon Beauchamp – Nathan Hale
Beauchamp didn’t play much this season, due to recovering from an injury. He did look solid in the minutes he did receive in the playoffs. He should bring in more college looks as he plays up this summer, playing with the NW Panthers 16u.
Maui Sze – Blanchet
Sze finished the season off playing really well, even after losing many games, he improved and gained more confidence. He will be playing for Seattle Rotary 15u.
Peter Erickson – Enumclaw
Erickson played really mature all season, improving his skills throughout the season. He will be playing AAU for Friends of Hoop this summer circuit.
Jared Franklin – Curtis
Franklin was solid this season, gaining some needed experience that will benefit him this summer. He will be playing for Friends of Hoop for his first high school AAU circuit.
Jabe Mullins – Mt. Si
Mullins shot the ball pretty well this season, but he is focused on improving some skills and preparing to come back even harder for his sophomore season. He will be playing AAU for Friends of Hoop.
