Recruiting Report: Jace Pratt (2018)
Jace Pratt is a 5’11 Combo Guard out of Sperry High School. Pratt plays his grassroots ball for the Oklahoma Servants. He had a great high school season this past year with a few 40 point games as well.
To score 40 points you have to be a good shooter and that is exactly what he is. Pratt is one of the best shooters in the state of Oklahoma. He hardly ever misses a shot from beyond the arc. He also has good vision, which makes him a great passer of the ball.
The aspect of his game that Pratt would like to improve on before the season starts is his finishing the ball at the rim. If Pratt were able to do add that to his game he would be hard to stop.
Currently Pratt has a 3.25 GPA and has yet to take the ACT. In college, he would like to major in sports management. He will consider attending any school that would offer him a chance to play basketball.
In this upcoming season, Pratt’s goals are to become a Vype Elite 8 selection this season and to win a gold ball for the Pirates in his senior year.
“We will have a kid shot of winning it all,” said Pratt. “We have 9 returning seniors and they are good.”
Pratt is currently ranked No. 63 in the 2018 class of Oklahoma. He is a solid under the radar player who could surprise a few this year. He will be hard to guard this season with such deep range.
