Prospect Spotlight: Logan Dolan (2019)
Logan Dolan is a 6’3 Wing that plays for Broken Arrow High School. Dolan plays his grassroots ball for the Tulsa Hawks.
Dolan is a good shooter who uses a solid floater to have an effective shot over bigger players. He likes to attack the basket with his floater.
Before the upcoming season Dolan would like to work on his ball handling so that when he attacks the basket, it is more effective. He would also like to improve upon his defensive footwork before this next season for the Tigers.
Dolan will look to contribute to a team that already looks stacked. The Tigers will look to make a run at the state championship this year after a year that took them to the Class 6A state quarterfinals. Dolan is ranked no. 30 in the 2019 class of Oklahoma.
In his time away from the court, Dolan’s favorite activity is to hang out with friends and watch college football on Saturday.
Dolan’s favorite NBA player is Paul George. George came back from a gruesome injury in the summer of 2014 that kept him out of basketball for much of that season. Dolan likes George because of his work ethic and how he rebounded from his injury.
In college, Dolan would like to major in sports management. He currently has a 3.8 GPA and just took the ACT and scores have not been released yet.
While looking for a college, Dolan would like to find a school that is a good school to attend. He wants to have coaches that are likable and fun to be around.
Dolan has very high expectations for his team this year. He is confident in his teammates and the common goal they share of becoming state champions.
“I want to get to the state championship and have a chance to win it,” said Dolan. “I also want us to go undefeated. I do not think any team can beat us if we play the right way.”
