Prospect Spotlight: Jamari Severson (2020)
Foster guard Jamari Severson looks to bounce back after a no win season.
Severson has a smooth jump shot and does a solid job finding space to create separation to get his shot off, even against tough defense. He still has some improving to do with his ball handling but only a freshman, he has a lot of time to improve.
Playing AAU for Local Hoops 15u, Severson looks to take his game to the next level and work on the small things he needs to improve on each day to get better. He hopes to pick up some college looks when his team travels out of the state of Washington.
“I was the leading scorer on my team this past season. I’m a good perimeter shooter and I like to crash the boards. I want to become stronger and faster this off season.”
