Triad High School returns a key backcourt player in Hadley LeVan (2018) for the 2017-18 season. A high scoring combo guard for the Cardinals, LeVan has high hopes for him and his team moving forward.
What makes Hadley a strong player is his scoring abilities. With range as far back as the 3PT line, LeVan can knock down shots from almost anywhere on the floor and scores in high amounts too. He averaged 18.7 points per game last year and was good for a few assists and boards to go along with it. Because of his scoring abilities, Hadley makes opposing defenses guard him whenever he crosses half-court. As a result, he spreads the floor out and creates other scoring opportunities for his teammates. Hadley would like to improve on his leadership on the floor still. One of the best traits in any PG is their ability to lead a team in tight situations. With Hadley already being the scoring backbone for Triad, he should have no issues stepping into a role of floor general as well.
Moving forward with Triad, Hadley desires to make a run past the sectional round while also winning the OHC as well. On a more personal note, Hadley wants to increase his statline altogether making improvements in his all-around game. Not only this, but he also wishes to see his teammates improve their stats. With his scoring and ball sharing abilities, this is not impossible. As of now, he has no offers or interest from schools, however don’t be surprised if a D3 school shows some interest before he graduates next Spring.
