Team Takeover 15U, 2020 Roster:
#1 Chuck Harris, 6’1″, PG, 2020. Gonzaga Eagles HS, Washington, DC.
We saw Chuck display his excellent PG skills this summer at the DeMatha BSN summer league. He can score from anywhere on the floor and finishes very well thru contact at the rim. Chuck is a very tough defender and is all about winning. He played on the Gonzaga varsity as true freshmen last year in which the Eagles finished the year ranked @ #8 in the nation by Max Preps.
#3 ,Josiah Freeman 6’5″, WG, 2020. Paul VI Panthers HS. Fairfax VA.
Josiah played on Paul VI varsity last season as a true freshmen and he was in the rotation for the Panthers. Paul VI had a great team last year and has the ability this season to be nationally ranked for 2017/18. Last season Josiah showed great poise & an excellent jumper with great range.. “Josiah is a GC who can get to the rim, hit the mid range in addition to his jump shooting.”
#4 Edward Slaughter Jr. 6’0″, G, St. Paul John the Great Catholic HS. Dumfries, VA.
Edward proved to us this weekend he is a true floor general, who can hit he 3 & is tough as nails. He handled the tempo very well and was a tremendous facilitator. “Edward is a true PG & a very good tough nosed on ball defender.”
#5 Ishmael Leggett, 6’2″, CG, St. Johns College Cadets HS. Washington, DC.
We are very familiar with Ishmael having seen him play as true freshmen last season and at the DeMatha Summer League this spring & summer. Do not let his bay face fool you, Ishmael is one tough young man & will take it to the rim hard & mix it up. He had a great spring combine and has not looked back, having broken out. He is now a national recruit and a “CG who can score on all 3 levels, get to the rim and is our toughest player.
Please view our excellent video for Ishmael below by our Adam Ayalew:

#10 William Paige, 5’10”, PG, 2020. Paul VI Panthers HS. Fairfax VA.
William did not play this weekend due to a minor injury, but he played last season on Paul VI HS varsity as true freshmen which is great honor. Paul VI was ranked in the nations top 25 for most of the year and has the potential to be nationally ranked this year. William is a very good ball handler and a true PG. “He is a very tough defender who creates very well for his teammates.”
#11 Paul Smith, 6’7″, F, 2020. DeMatha Stags HS. Hyattsville, MD.
Paul played on the DeMatha varsity last season as a true freshmen and we saw him extensively this summer in the DeMatha BSN summer league. “Paul is an excellent defender, great rebounder, can guard multiple positions and still developing.” Every time we see Paul play he shows us something new and he is an excellent prospect and will be in the Stags rotation this year.
Please read our Recruiting Report for Paul below.
#12 Jamal Barnes, 6’4″, G, St. Stephens/ Agnes Saints HS. Alexandria, VA.
“Jamal is a long and versatile wing. Plays extremely hard. Emotional leader, and good defender. Has room to fill out physically. Sneaky and strong athlete.” from our Virginia evaluation for 2020 where Jamal is ranked @ #35 in a very strong class.
#15 Maxwell Wilson, 6’3″, G, 2020. Paul VI Panthers HS. Fairfax VA.
“Maxwell is very scrappy and can get to the rim. He hustles very hard & is a glue player who helps us a lot.”
#22 Myles Stute, 6’6″, W, 2020. Gonzaga Eagles HS. Washington, DC.
Myles is another TTO player who played on HS varsity team as a true freshmen. We saw Myles last year at Gonzaga & saw his huge upside. he was very impressive in the DeMatha BSN summer league. Myles was a 3-4 and is now transitioning to the WG. He is an excellent shooter and brings us toughness & ball handling. Myles is already on national radar & please read our recent article for Myles by our Coby Giacubeno below:
Myles Stute (2020) prepares to take on bigger role at Gonzanga
#24 Bryce Walker, 6’1″, CG, 2020. Bullis Bulldogs HS. Potomac MD.
“Bryce is a CG who can get to the rim and create for others.” He will join a very deep & talented Bullis back court which includes Vado Morse & Linclon Yeutter, but we believe Bryce will be in the rotation. We have been very impressed by Bryce’s upside and basketball IQ.
#32 Churchill Bounds, 6’8″, F, 2020. Stephen Decatur Seawhawks HS. Berlin, MD.
We saw Churchill in the Maryland semifinals this past season vs 3A State Champion Poly HS from Baltimore at Xfinity Center at the University of Maryland. Despite the loss Decatur finished at 25-2 and 4 plus Seahawks caught our eye including Churchill. Recently he grew 2 more inches to his current 6’8″ and Churchill is TTO’s tallest player. Churchill started playing basketball late and he has huge upside. He is very athletic and will project as a stretch 4 in the future.”
