DC premier 17 & U is on a roll winning 9 games in a row after UAA Session 3 in Los Angeles compiling a 10-2 UAA circuit record before entering the UAA finals in Atlanta, Georgia from July 12 thru 15.
Wednesday July 12
DC Premier 78 Atlanta Express 73
Donovan Toatley, PG led DCP shooting 5 for 8 , totaling 17 points, dealt & out 6 assists. Spring sensation & national stock riser Saddiq Bey hit 6 -9, for 16 points, & grabbed 10 rebounds. Jermaine Harris was super efficient in hitting all of his shots for 10 points & collected 6 rebounds. WG John Preston added 10 points *5 rebounds and he is huge sleeper in the DMV. 6’7.5″, Richard Njoku added 10 points & 3 rebounds & the SJC big has been outstanding the last month. 6’4″ W, Jaden Faulkner added 7 points for Premier. PG Prentiss Hubb did not play and we will confirm his status.
6’7″ Isaiah Kelly (top 300 nationally) & 6’8″ Kavohn Moore (ranked #42 in he nation had 8 boards) totaled 15 points each for Atlanta Express while 5’11” PG Trevon Wade scored 11.
W July 13: DC Premier 65 Team Rio 60
Jermaine Harris had a big game for DCP scoring 22 points on 8-12 shooting & grabbing 8 boards. Saddiq bey added 14 points & rebounds, while Everette Hammond shot 5-8 for13 points. Jaden Faulner had a big game off the bench for 9 points & 7 rebounds. 6’4″ #10 in the nation 2019 CG led team Rio with 24 points while Raney HS teammate 6’5″ WG Scottie Lewis (anked #4 in the nation 2019) was held to 6 points on 3-9 shooting.
July 13: DC Premier vs Florida Vipers
L Florida Vipers 66, DC Premier 46. 6’7″ Darrius Days ranked #82 nationally, scored 16 points to go with 9 boards, 6’3″ G Nik Bonitto added 14, while Keldron Smith & Damari Monsato each scored 11 points as the Vipers led the whole game. DC Premier was led by Saddiq Bey, Jermaine Harris & Everette Hammond who scored 11, 10, & 10 points respectively.

Team Rio is led by the 2019 NJ Rainey HS duo Scottie Lewis, ranked #4 in the nation for and 6’4′ CG Bryan Antoine ranked #9 and 6’9″ Delaware and now Ranney HS 6’9″ PF Tariq Ingraham. Rio is on a 4 game winning streak
DC Premier 16 & U is struggling @ 5-7 but 5 losses total just 9 points.
July 12 DC Premier vs Houston Defenders
Houston Defenders 61 DC Premier 52.
DC Premier was led by Josiah Marable who totaled 14 points & grabbed 12 boards. Bryce Douglas and Brylen Hill each scored 9 points with each shooting 3-5. DCP shot just 5-18 from the line while the Defenders shot 7-11. Anderson Kopp led Houston with 16 points on just 4-14 from the field, Corey Nickerson and Joe Robbins totaled 12 & 11 points respectively.
July 13 @ 1pm DC Premier will play local rivals The DC Blue Devils
L DC Blue Devils 54 DC Premier 51. In a Washington DC DMV contest the Blue Devils won another close game over a tough Premier team. Marvin Price led the Blue Devils in scoring with 14 while the 6’9″ Mitchell Twin Towers each had 10 rebounds. Mahki rejected 5 hots while Mahkel sent back 4. Ayinde Hakim & Bryce Douglass scored 15 points each, while Jalin Abbott added 8 points & 6 rebounds.
July 13: DC Premier vs Louisiana Elite
L Louisiana Elite 59, DC Premier 46. Louisiana Elite did not have one player in double figures and used a very balanced attack with all 10 players playing at least 11 minutes. Jalin Abbott led DCP with 18 points on 8-15 Fgs & grabbed 5 rebounds and Ayinde Hikin shot 5-8 for 11 points. DC Premier only had 4 assists the entire game.
