STEVEN CANNADY | BUMP N RUN
St. Vincent Pallotti point guard Steven Cannady scored 20 points in a huge win over DC Blue Devils Blue. Cannady is very quick, can defend, and showcased a nice skill set. He is an unselfish, high IQ floor general who can shoot from the perimeter, but is also a tough and creative finisher at the rim.
JORDAN GIBSON | HIGHER LEVEL PREMIER
Jordan Gibson certainly boosted his stock with a breakout performance against Team Wall. At 6’5, Gibson is a very good perimeter shooter who can also put the ball on the floor and beat defenders off the bounce. On one play, we saw him explode to the rim and hang in the air before flushing it over two defenders in traffic.
JORDAN MILLER | D1SA SPARTANS
One of the most versatile players we saw today had to be Jordan Miller. The long limbed 6’5 wing can defend any position on the floor. Miller can handle the ball and initiate the offense. He’s a very good passer, and can definitely hit shots from the perimeter. We saw Miller knock down at least three from beyond the arc in his team’s win.
DJ MYERS | TEAM WALL
DJ Myers could see his stock explode over the next few months. The well built wing out of Hargrave Military is 6’5 with very long arms and a high motor. We liked how well Myers shot the ball from the perimeter, and his aggression off the bounce.
TYREK WILLIAMS | RIVER CITY REIGN
Tyrek Williams recorded 22 points and 15 rebounds for River City Reign in their win over Team Thrill VA. The 6’8 big man out of LC Bird pulled down virtually every rebound that came in his area, and made some nice outlet passes which unleashed his team’s fast break.
