Prospect Introduction: T.J. Cirino (2020)
2020 guard T.J. Cirino will suit up for Osceola this season.
For JV this past season, he was injured in the early going but recovered from it and played well the rest of the way. Cirino says he learned how to be a leader on the court and bring some energy to the team.
At 6’2″, 158 lbs., Cirino is a big point guard who is focused on improving his 3-point game and knocking down jumpers when open. He’s played for the D.C. Blue Devils for two years and says he loves playing for the program where he’s seen his game improve a lot.
Cirino began his basketball life in the 7th grade. He pointed to his ability to facilitate and create for himself as his biggest strengths. He wants to perfect his jump shot and be able to hit open shots when needed.
This is a big opportunity for Cirino to impress once again as the Kowboys are fresh off a 30-2 season where they won the Class 9A title. Cirino has the size and he’s looking to improve his overall athleticism. Expect to know who he is on the court very soon.
