Isaiah Moseley | 6’2” | Millwood (#30 Overall)
Still waiting for him to take the next step, but the flashes he shows are something serious. He’s an athletic combo guard who is shooting it much better, especially off the bounce, and he can sit down and defend guys as well. He has to get better in his decision making and point guard play to be a consistent dual threat guy on the court.
BriQuan Harrell | 6’0” | Western Branch/BWSL Dip (#33 Overall)
A dynamic scoring combo guard, Harrell had some big games this year including a 40 point game in the state playoffs. He’s shifty off the bounce, has a strong upper body and is both crafty and strong when finishing through traffic. He’s a true three level isolation scorer that will go at anyone at any time.
Ashley James | 6’2” | Green Run/Team Loaded 757 17U (#38 Overall)
James is playing up on a talented and deep backcourt with Team Loaded 757 17U that has four guards with division one offers. He starts for them because he brings a dimension they don’t as a lock down defender. James isn’t quite there offensively yet, but he’s lightning quick with his feet and his hands, isn’t afraid to give up his body or face guard a scorer the entire length of the floor. Point blank, he needs to develop more offensively but he’s an absolute dog right now.
Quentin Morton-Robertson | 5’7” | Radford/Team Winston (#40 Overall)
Whether he grows an inch or not, “Q” is a scholarship level talent that’s already seeing division one interest. He has great feel with the ball in his hands, has a quick first step and is explosive out of cuts that allow him to create space. He’s a good shooter, guards the ball and shoots passing lanes defensively and is 2-for-2 in state title games so far in his young career.
Tim Montgomery | 5’11 | Atlantic Shores/Team Loaded 757 (#41 Overall)
Another talented small guard, Montgomery is a dynamic athlete that can make plays with the ball in his hands. He has good burst, can finish above or at the rim and has a tough middle game with an array of floaters and pull ups. He needs to continue to improve his decision making and point guard skills, but he can really go when he’s let loose.
Bryce Douglas | 6’0” | Centreville/DC Premier (#42 Overall)
Douglas is a scoring machine already, and if his body matures the right way he could become a no brainer division one prospect. He has that natural ability to score in the ball in so many different ways, including contested shots at the rim and off the pull up. He was named Conference Player of the Year in the his first year since transferring from Bishop Ireton.
Antwan Epps | 5’10 | Granby/BWSL Dip (#44 Overall)
Known more as a shooter than anything, Epps overall game is coming around as he’s playing a lot more on the ball now than he did in the past. He’s a lefty which makes him awkward to guard, he has an above average IQ and he can really light it up from deep and off the pull up. If he continues to develop he’ll have a chance to be a division one PG.
