17U Oklahoma State Tournament Preview: Pool G
The 17U bracket is loaded with arguably the best field of Oklahoma teams a tournament in-state will have all grassroots season. Each team will advance from pool play with a chance to advance to the Championship game of the 17U bracket. Pool G features several teams who have a great shot at making a deep run to a possible State Championship.
Pool G
Oklahoma Hustle
Oklahoma Hustle brings a tough team ready to compete after a strong spring. Ryan Cooper is a great playmaker and defender for Oklahoma Hustle. Cooper is tough as nails. Caden Krotzer is a knock down shooter that does a great job of providing offense for them. Oklahoma Hustle will be a team looking to make a very deep run this weekend.
Team Cougars
Team Cougars have been a surprise impressive squad in the Oklahoma 17U division. Tyus Jeffrey is a dynamic player who brings it each game. Jalen Williams is an under the radar Guard with good ball handling skills. Aeneas White is another player to keep a close eye on. Team Cougars won the Gold 17U Bracket at the Prep Hoops Route 66 Kickoff.
OnPoint Hoops
OnPoint Hoops is back competing in the Prep Hoops Oklahoma State Tournament. Adokiye Iyaye leads the way for OnPoint at the two Guard spot. Iyaye is ranked inside the top five in the 2018 Oklahoma Class. Iyaye is one of the most exciting players in the Oklahoma high school basketball landscape to watch. He has been impressive this spring on both ends of the floor. OnPoint Hoops could contend for the State Championship with Iyaye leading the way.
