Strengths: This is one of the more interesting teams that we’ll see all year. You have kids from all over the state and they all can play two or three positions. They have different playing styles so depending on what they feel they could play two different types of games back to back.
Why College Programs Should Watch: There are some interesting players in this group. You have some really quick guards and then you’ll also get the post players that coaches love. This is a squad where most won’t go D1 but they have a chance to be really good at a D2 school.
Player To Watch: Asher Blum (Warsaw) – I loved Blum when I saw him this year and I am wanting to see more aggression out of him this summer. He’s a post kid who can step out and shoot the ball. He can play down low as well and bang around.
Where To Find Them: They will be travelling all over the midwest to play in the bigger tournaments they can find. This will help out the lesser known players on the team as they are travelling out to a few new spots this year.
