We continue our AAU feature series with a closer look at The District Basketball Club. Now entering their third full season as Co-Directors, Walter Booth and Devin Williams look to build on the strong foundation and culture they’ve created. Below we take a look at their respective 17U and 16U teams.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
NATE SPURLOCK: Spurlock is coming off a state championship with Woodson, and his confidence is growing along with his offer list. UPenn is the latest school to express interest in the high energy 6’7 playmaker.
IAN KRISHNAN: We saw Krishnan’s ability to shoot the lights out, but he’s an underrated and very capable defender as well. Look for the versatile guard to do a little of both this spring and summer.
JUSTIN NWOSU: Nwosu has had a strong start to the spring, and should only continue to improve as the season goes on. The sturdily built forward has a nice inside out game, and will look to make an impact on the boards.

PLAYERS TO WATCH
CAMERON SAVAGE: Savage is the floor general for this team, and he brings ideal toughness and a strong mindset to the position. He can get in the paint, facilitate, and control the tempo.
CAMERON BROWN: Brown has probably been the biggest breakout performer for this team thus far. The do it all wing is an exciting prospect, and should continue to improve as he grows into his body.
CODY MAINS: Mains is a solid athlete with a broad frame at 6’8. He runs the floor hard, rebounds, and actively protects the rim.
