Oregon Grade by Grade All State Teams: 2018
The third in our series of grade by grade all state teams turns its attention to the juniors (2017) who stood out on the floor this year. In our opinion the class of 2017 is a very under rated one in Oregon, with several players likely to see recruiting attention increase this spring and summer.

2018 – Junior Class All State Team
Point Guard Teron Bradford Oregon City HS
The class of 2018 is lacking depth at the point guard position, but none-the-less, Bradford is deserving of this recognition. He lead a Pioneers team that was depleted by graduation back to the state playoffs with his dynamic scoring ability and lock down defense. Arguably the best defensive player in the state of Oregon, Bradford gives opposing players fit with his strength and on ball pressure.
Wing Kyle Greeley West Salem HS
Greeley who lead West to a 4th place finish at the 6A state tournament by averaging 25 points 5 rebounds and 4 assists per game. The 6’4 wing has the ability to shoot from deep, but can also slide over to play the point when needed.
Wing Jake Estep Beaverton HS
For most of the 80s and 90s, Beaverton HS was one of the elite programs in the state of Oregon. Changing demographics among other things have led to a bit of a drop in the 2000s. The Beavers have had a resurgence in recent years culminating with their trip to the 6A state semifinals earlier this month. Estep was a huge part of that success with his well developed offensive game.
Forward Teegan Quitoriano Sprague HS
The Oly’s won their first league title in 20 years and did so by riding the very wide shoulders of Quitoriano. The 6’7 junior post averaged a double double on the season and proved to be almost an unstoppable force in the paint for Sprague who came up a basket short of a trip to the final 8.
Forward Kamaka Hepa Jefferson HS
The 6’9 transfer from Barrow, Alaska more than earned his national ranking this season. Able to score in a variety of ways, it is his passing and post defense that impress college scouts. A very unselfish star who works to make his teammates better, his efforts were rewarded with a 6A state title.
Honorable Mention:
Kelton Samore Grant HS
Kieshon Dawkins West Linn HS
Jay Elmore South Eugene HS
Dalton Renne Banks HS
