North Dakota’s Class B Standouts
Today we look at the Prep Hoops Dakotas All “Class B” Teams for North Dakota. These are some of the top players in ND class b basketball. These players will be chosen by how well they performed over the course of the season, their hustle stats, and the success of their team. They will be broken down into 3 teams. (Note: This is in no way taking any credit away from the players who made the all-state teams.)
All Class B First Team
Point Guard: Logan Nelson – Nelson is one of the best scorers in class b and really fits the role of the shooting guard position. He was set to be the main scorer for Northern Cass and really accepted and excelled for his team in that role. He added to a successful senior year by making the all-state first team.
Shooting Guard: Jayden Komrosky – Komrosky had a successful senior year and added an all-state first team to his resume. He put up solids numbers across the board and put his team in a good position for the regional tourney. Though his team was upset at regionals, Jayden’s play in the regular season more than earns him a spot on this list.
Small Forward: Tronis Mckay – Mckay helped his team climb almost all the way back to the top this year. He is one of the best all-around players in the state. He was a Mr. Basketball Candidate as well and claimed all-state first team.
Power Forward: Wyatt Hanson – Wyatt is a brother to Kayden Hanson and alongside each other Wyatt and him brought the team through the season well. At the state tournament, Hanson shined and showed that he will be a dominant force to be reckoned with next year! Hanson was also the junior to make the all-state first team in class a or class b.
Center: Kaedyn Hanson – Hanson was a quality player that provided his team with much needed low-post presence on defense and some efficient rebounding numbers too. He helped his team earn 7th place at the state tournament. Hanson added a all state fifth team to a successful year will look for something better in the future.

Shooting Guard: Kyle Henningsgard – Henningsgard will be the talk of all things class b for a while. Kyle hit the game winner for his team in the state championship to beat Four Winds-Minnewauken. He played well throughout the year which earned him all-state first team and showed tremendous effort as well.
Small Forward: Brennan Vance – Vance was a huge contributor to his team in helping them earn 3rd place at the state tourney. He hit a buzzer-beater in the first round of the tournament to upset #2 Dickinson Trinity and advance his team to the semifinals. Vance unexpectedly outperformed a lot of players this year and earned all-state third team.
Power Forward: Shawn Stoltz – Stoltz played well throughout his whole senior year, adding an all-state third team to show for that. He showed tremendous improvement from junior to senior year. He helped his team win the consolation championship at the state tournament. Stoltz rebounding and defense are his best traits but he is also able to score the basketball and get hot.
Center: Cody Mauch – Mauch had a very successful senior season for himself. His offensive numbers were high quality and rebounding was very nice as well. Mauch was very determined this year and proved himself no doubt. He also made the all-state fifth team.
All Class B Third Team
Point Guard: Andrew Christianson – Christian can flat out play. The junior guard from proved that for himself with his play all year long. Christianson earned all-state fourth team and showed a lot of determination to get the job done at tourney time.

Small Forward: Brayden Uses Arrow – Uses Arrow is a quality player that improved a ton from last season. His senior year he showed off his strength most of all and added an all-state second team to his senior year. Brayden grabbed a ton of rebounds for his team and did a lot of work on defense for his team. His offensive numbers weren’t to bad either.
Power Forward: Bartholomew Ogbu – Ogbu had a very solid junior year and shows great promise for his senior year. He showed a complete offensive game at times and has great strength for defense. Ogbu made the all-state third team as well.
Center: Josh Kihle – Kihle is a very talented post who has a bright future ahead. He lead his team in almost every category and is a proven player. Kihle carried a lot of the load and had a very successful season but will hopefully get better results next year.
