The St. Joe’s junior plays tough on the interior using that strength to rebound and absorb contact at the rim. He is also an outstanding mid-range jump shooter. Drills them for days much like his older brother. Quick release with elevation off the ground. Potential D2 prospect in the junior class.
How has the season been for him as an upperclassmen?
“I have to step up. Nick (Rakocevic) left. I have to take on a bigger role like coach Ping told me. In order for us to win I have to step up. I have to do everything. Rebound, score, run the offense, and get the team going.”
What are his strengths?
“Getting to the basket, getting to the free throw line, and hitting the mid-range.”
Tulsa, Tulane, and Kent State are some of the programs showing interest. Tulsa has shown the most interest.
“I like the way the coaches keep in contact with me. They keep me up to date on everything that is going on. They text me and check in on me after every game. They tell me everything that is going on with them.”
