PJ Pipes (Lemont)
Pipes is a scoring point guard that did just that early in the week as he dropped 31 points on Tuesday. Pipes is headed to UW-Green Bay.
Sam Shafer (Lincoln Way East)
It has been a big season for this junior sharp shooter. He brought it in a win over the state’s top ranked and undefeated Bolingbrook going for 31 points and 11 rebounds.
Messiah Jones (Simeon)
The state’s top 2018 power forward had a monster game against rival Whitney Young in the CPS semis. Jones had 21 points, 17 rebounds, and 6 blocks helping his team advance to the championship.
Francis Okoro (Normal West)
Okoro is the #1 prospect in the class of 2019. He played like it against Danville where he had 24 points and 13 rebounds in a 66-59 win.
DJ Steward (Fenwick)
Steward has proved he is one of the state’s top freshman this season. He brought it on the big stage in the Catholic League playoffs especially the championship game against St. Joseph’s where he had 19 points in an overtime win.
