Jeremiah Neubia (2017) scored 23 points and John Kanaan added 13 points in the win for Wren (20-4) Iman Goode led Richland Northeast (8-13) with 23 points and James Fuller-Davis (2017) added 20 points in the loss for the Cavaliers.
South Aiken 72, Travelers Rest 53
South Aiken (15-7) Daniel Parrish (2018) scored a game-high 20 points and Melvin McKie (2018) added 15 points to advance in the Class 4A playoffs. Travelers Rest (16-10) was led by Bo McKinney 20 points in the loss.
Ridge View 63, Daniel 49
Ridge View Blazers were in scoring by Citadel bound Kaiden Rice with 17 points. Deonte Bennett led Daniel (14-11) with 15 points and Demarcus Gay also added 13 points in the loss.
North Augusta 67, Greer 51
North Augusta (20-5) Darius Copeland (2017) scored a game-high 19 points to advance in the Class 4A playoffs. Tez Collins (2018) and Omarion Byrd (2020) both added 13 points and 11 points respectively in the win for the Yellow Jackets. Greer finished the season at 11-14.
Eastside 51, Midland Valley 43
Eastside (17-8) outscored Midland Valley (7-17) in the fourth quarter for an eight-point victory to advance in the Class 4A playoffs.
Aiken 75, Union County 54
Kevin Williamson led Aiken (22-4) with a team-high 23 points and Isaiah Odom added 16 points to advance in the Class 4A playoffs. Union County finished the season at 5-19
Westwood 53, Belton-Honea Path 35
Westwood (12-5) Adam Douglas scored a game-high 11 points to advance in the Class 4A playoffs.
BHP finished the season at 11-14.
Lower State Bracket
A.C. Flora 75, Marlboro County 58
James Reese a Buffalo signee and Region 4A State Player of the Year led A.C. Flora (15-10) with 16 points. Javonta Deas scored 16 points to lead Marlboro County (4-13) in the loss.
Crestwood 68, Beaufort 43
Temetrious “Ja” Morant scored 19 points as Crestwood (17-7) advances in the Class 4a playoffs. Beaufort ends the season at 11-11. Morant has signed onto play at Murray State next fall.
Hartsville 67, Colleton County 60
Trae Hannibal (2019) scored a game-high 27 points and grabbed 13 rebounds for Hartsville (10-16) to advance in Class 4A playoffs. Colleton County finished the season at 15-10.
Wilson 73, Chapin 26
Jamal Bryant (2017) scored a game-high 16 points in the win for Wilson (21-0) to advance in Class 4A playoffs. Bryant a UNC-Pemboke signee was recently named Region Player of the Year.
Chapin finished the season at 5-21.
Lakewood 90, Hilton Head Island 56
Grant Singleton (2018) scored 23 points to lead Lakewood in the win. Davonte Pack (2017) added 14 points and Malik Wilson (2017) chipped in with 12 points for the (18-6) Gators. Juwan Perdue (2019) added 7 points and 12 rebounds in the win. Hilton Head Island finished the season at 11-13.
Lower Richland 62, North Myrtle Beach 52
Lower Richland (17-4) Clyde Trapp, Jr. scored a game-high 24 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to help the Diamond Hornets to victory. Trapp has signed onto play at Clemson next season. North Myrtle Beach (9-12) was led by Tyron Stockdale (2019) 16 points in the loss.
Berkeley 50, Darlington 42
Lawton Beckett scored 14 points and Ephraim Butler (2018) scored 11 points for the Stags. Darlington finished the season at 10-16.
Dreher 55, Myrtle Beach 52
Dreher’s (13-7) Simon Grant (2018) scored a game-high 24 points and Dreshaun Jones (2017) added 11 points to advance. Emorie Knox (2020) led Myrtle Beach with 20 points and Robert Swanson (2018) chipped in with 11 points in the loss.
