“I’m a good spot up three point shooter and I can also hit the one dribble pull up pretty well. I’m also a good on ball defender and take pride in locking up my defender.”
What are some of your weaknesses that you would like to work on?
“I can improve my shooting off the dribble and my ball handling.”
Who is the toughest player you can recall playing against in Utah High School basketball?
“Trevin Knell from Woods cross. He such a good shooter and being 6’5 he’s hard to contest.”
What is your dream college that you would want to play for and why?
“North Carolina . They have been my favorite college team since I was a kid and my family loves the Tarheels.”
Why should a college coach recruit you?
“I’m coachable player and I will do whatever my coach tells me to do. I’m a team player and will do anything to help my team win.”
Who is your favorite NBA player and why?
“Lebron James because he is the best player in the NBA and I also like Isiah Thomas. He’s undersized but able to dominate the game.”
What is your favorite off the court activity and why?
“I like to play 2k17 on the Xbox. It’s definitely what I do a lot in my free time with my brothers.”
What do you want to major in for college?
“Physiology. I would like to study how people think.”
“I want to get a scholarship for football or basketball.”
PrepHoops Evaluation
Tyson Flores is a 6’2 combo guard that has a smooth jumper. He is a streaky shooter that can score in bunches. Flores is a very good athlete who can also run the point guard position. If he can improve his handle and his ability to finish at the rim I think he can be a solid college player at the JUCO level.
